D38999 I, II, III, & IV

Previously known as MIL-C-38999, MIL-DTL-38999 connectors come in four series: Series I, Series II, Series III and Series IV. They are environmentally resistant connectors that use removable crimp contacts and have an operating range of -65 to +200°C.

Series I connectors are bayonet coupled and have high-vibration properties. They are scoop proof and are ideal for heavy wind and moisture environments. They are utilised when a fast disconnect coupling system is required.

Series II connectors are bayonet coupled, are non-scoop proof, and have a low profile, so are used when weight or space is limited, or in low-vibration, high moisture, and strong wind situations.

Series III connectors are coupled by a quick screw Tri start thread, are scoop proof, and are best suited for normal mating and unmating applications and can be used in high temperature, moisture, wind, or vibration environments when used with the correct accessories. Series III connectors are most commonly use in Military and Aerospace designs.

Series IV connectors are coupled by a Breech-Lok mechanism, are scoop proof, lightweight and suitable for blind mating applications, and they also have high-vibration attributes. They are well suited in high wind and moisture environments when used with the appropriate accessories.

MS26482 I & II

MIL-DTL-26482 Series I connectors combine high-performance reliability for military and industrial interconnect applications.
The series features heavy-duty connectors with solder & crimp contacts and bayonet or “quick-disconnect” coupling.

MIL-DTL-26482 Series II style are supplied without rear accessories but with military-standard rear threads.
This permits a choice from one of the broadest array of endbells, including M85049 endbells, and from low-cost, simple cable tie
versions to fully environmentally-sealed EMI-shielded endbells.

VG96912

These miniature circular connectors of the SJT series adhere to the VG 96912 standard.
They meet the requirements of specification PAN 6433-2, and have all essential features of connectors specified according to MIL-C-38999.
They feature 100% contact protection (scoop-proof), high contact density and HF-tightness.S

VG96929

CGE/ YH products are the European VG military standard for high power / low voltage applications.
These connectors provide a robust bayonet coupling mechanism, outstanding vibration resistance, currents up to 900A and full VG96929 approval.

D-SUB/ MICRO D/ NANO D

D-Sub connectors (also called D-Subminiature) in world-class automated facilities and is certified to build D-Sub connectors for Positronic, ITT Cannon, Cinch Connectivity Solutions, and Amphenol.
These rugged rectangular D-Sub connectors are designed for commercial, industrial and military/defense fields in addition to high performance computer, aerospace, and other complex applications.
We assembles to order the entire D-Sub range from basic commercial and military types (such as MIL-DTL-24308) to Combo-D connector constructions, as well as a broad range of filter D-Sub connectors, and models qualified by NASA/GFSC.
Many contact layouts are available in styles such as straight and right angle mounts, solder cups, crimp, and high density variants.

Amphenol Nexus Technologies manufactures the complete line of qualified MIL-DTL-55116 audio connectors which are used throughout military and commercial radio systems and intercom systems for ground, vehicle, airborne, and naval communications.

This connector series encompasses waterproof, polarized plugs and receptacles for use in audio frequency circuits at 60 volts maximum potential and 0.5 amperes maximum current. Connectors utilize either crimp sleeve or solder cup contacts. The rigid contacts in the plug connector mate with the pogo-pin, or spring loaded, contacts in the receptacle. In-line plugs and receptacles come with a wire strain relief. Receptacles are also available in panel-mount.

In addition to the standard versions, Amphenol Nexus Technologies also designs and builds a wide variety of custom M55116-type connectors with options such as: PCB contacts, unique shell geometries, grounded and shielded connectors, and right-angle plug connectors. We also designed a complete miniaturized line of M55116 style connectors, the TAC Series, that meets the same performance requirements as the standard connectors in less than half the size and weight.
